CAST URETHANECast polyurethane is one of the toughest polymers on the market. With the ability to be cast into practically any shape, color, or size and at almost any hardness, the versatility of urethane is unmatched. At its softest, it provides a supreme cushioning effect, perfect for everything from seats to braces. At its hardest, urethane offers unparalleled abrasion resistance with a toughness that makes it perfect for the most rugged conditions.
RADIO FREQUENCY WELDING
Radio Frequency (RF) welding is a process used to bond multiple polymer films. Using high frequency waves and adding some heat and pressure, a consistent, leak-proof seal is created. Commonly used materials include PVC and urethane films, though these are far from the limitations. For a complete list of RF weldable materials, check here.

PAD PRINTING
The
Archos Manufacturing facility houses a 25 ton Die Cutting press with capabilities of up to 30" x 60" parts. We can design, source, and bring in the correct cutting die for your needs. Our press can easily slice through polymers and plastics up to 1/2” thick should your project require it.
SPECIALTY VACUUM FORMING
Primarily used as a value-added process with our cast urethanes, we specialize in vacuum forming thin films and fabrics for unique applications. Our experience ranges from polyester fabrics to urethane films with a multitude of materials in-between. Typical material thicknesses are between 0.004" and 0.030" with current capabilities allowing for a maximum part size of 24" x 24"
PAD PRINTING
For the perfect touch to complete your part, we have the capability to pad print upwards of a 3" x 3" ink stamp with your logo or any other image you would prefer. Whether cardboard, wood, metal, plastic, urethane or dozens of other materials, we can work with you to choose the right color and the perfect location to ensure your products achieves the brand awareness it should.
